Business as usual at Compliance Fire Alarms
We would like to take a moment to share an important update regarding the future of Compliance Fire Protection Ltd (CFP) and Compliance Fire Alarms Ltd (CFA).
As many will know, CFP and CFA have always operated as separate entities since our inception 30 years ago, working closely together to install and maintain fire protection systems throughout the Canterbury region. CFP have been focussed on the fire sprinkler and extinguisher component while CFA have looked after fire alarm and emergency lighting systems.
It’s been a wonderful journey, and after much consideration, the shareholders of CFP have decided it’s time for a change of pace. As a result, CFP will be moving forward with a new association with Aotea Fire Protection, who will become the new owners of CFP as of next week. With this change, you will see an eventual rebranding of CFP, with an ongoing commitment to the high standards and values that have always defined us, and also with the significant resources of the Aotea Group behind them.
For CFA, it’s not quite the right time, so we will continue to operate under the Compliance Fire Alarms brand and look forward to continuing to serve our customers for many years to come.
Together we are committed to providing a high quality service to our existing customer base and our service to you will continue without hindrance or hesitation. We have some exciting projects already in progress that will guarantee a close partnership between CFA and Aotea Fire Protection through all of next year and potentially beyond.
Additionally, Warwick Taylor, one of our owners, will continue to operate Compliance Building Services and the close partnership between all parties will remain.
We wish to emphasize that the same team members you’ve worked with for the last 30 years will continue to be here for you. For the foreseeable future, please continue to use the same email addresses, phone numbers, and site contacts. We will all continue to operate from the same offices until early in 2025 and will communicate any location changes in the new year.
